No preservatives needed! Our sauces undergo groundbreaking new technology to preserve their flavours and shelf-life through a process called “high-pressure processing”. HPP is a non-thermal food preservation technology that allows our sauces to retain their fresh taste, texture and nutritional value.
ALL NATURAL FRESH INGREDIENTS
All of our sauces and frozen meals use real, fresh premium ingredients. Due to our high-pressure processing we are able to stay far away from the use of harmful preservatives, allowing the ingredients to retain their nutritional value.
AUTHENTIC PERUVIAN FLAVOURS MADE IN CANADA
Our authentic Peruvian fresh ingredients are ethically imported to Canada. We use real fresh Peruvian peppers to create our own pastes that are the backbone to many of our sauces. We bring a taste of Peru to Vancouver.
